Background
In 1995, Beth G. Coyle and her husband Mike co-founded Coyle Engineering, Inc., and in 2001, she became the Chief Executive Officer and principal owner of the firm. Beth is responsible for all financial aspects of the running of the firm, as well as corporate strategy and company culture, marketing strategy, risk management and contract negotiations and personnel management. In July 2007, Beth was selected to be profiled by Forbes Magazine along with six other women business owners across the State of Texas, “where women are integral to company achievements, contributing bold ideas and a sense of vision.” Beth has been featured in publications such as the San Antonio Express News, Construction News, SA Woman and Boerne Business Monthly for her business strategies and leadership style.

Beth has spent years in leadership positions with area economic development, workforce development, professional engineering, and educational entities, as well as area chambers of commerce and even artists associations, and has worked to develop good working relationships with local decision-makers. A recent survey of clients and other engineering firms revealed that Coyle Engineering is primarily known for integrity, knowledge and responsiveness, along with extensive community involvement.
